🟣 PLUM CHOICE

Terms of Service

Mailquotes.com LLC · Effective October 8, 2026

Welcome to Plum Choice, operated by Mailquotes.com LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, including looking around without an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Your account

2. Your content

What you post (recommendations, ratings, comments, trip plans, bills, book discussions) is yours. By posting it, you give us the limited license needed to store it and display it to the members of the groups you share it with. That's the whole use; we don't publish it anywhere else.

3. Community rules: zero tolerance

Plum Choice is for groups of people who know each other, and we have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post content that:

Every group has the tools to deal with problems: a flag on content to report it, and the ability to block any member (their content disappears for you immediately). We review reports and act within 24 hours, removing content that breaks these rules and ejecting the users who post it, up to permanently closing their accounts.

4. What we provide

5. Fair use of the service

Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no attempting to access other people's data or groups you weren't invited to, no reverse engineering, no using the app to send spam, and no interfering with its operation.

6. Termination

You can stop using Plum Choice at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including immediately and without notice for violations of the community rules in section 3.

7. Plum safety

Plum Safety lets the people in your safety circle see where you are and know when you need help. It is not an emergency service, and it does not contact police, fire or ambulance.

Automatic alerts. If you miss your check-in time, stop moving for a while, or your Apple Watch detects a fall and you don't answer, Plum Safety may ask if you're OK and then alert your circle on its own. These alerts can arrive late, not arrive, or go out when you are actually fine.

It depends on things outside our control, including your phone's signal, battery and location accuracy, Apple's and your carrier's services, notifications being delivered, and the people in your circle seeing them and responding. We cannot promise it will work every time, and you should not rely on it as your only way to get help.

Your circle. People in your safety circle volunteer to watch over you. Neither they nor we have any duty to respond, to come to you, or to contact anyone on your behalf. Only add people who have agreed to be in your circle, and only add their phone numbers with their permission.

Age. You must be 18 or older to use Plum Safety.

Your acknowledgement. Before you use Plum Safety for the first time, you confirm in the app, with one tap, that you understand Plum Safety is not an emergency service and does not contact 911. We keep a record of that confirmation.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number. The call button in Plum Safety dials the number for the country your phone is in, but you are responsible for placing the call.

7A. Plum go

Directions, arrival times, live train times and weather come from third parties and can be wrong, late or unavailable. Always follow road signs, transit announcements and the law, and use your own judgment about where it is safe to walk or wait. Don't use Plum Go while driving. Plum Go does not provide turn-by-turn navigation.

7B. Texts you send

Some features prepare a text message for you. Texts are sent from your own phone and number, only if you choose to send them, and your carrier's charges apply.

7C. Paying each other in plum check

Plum Check shows the payment usernames people choose to share (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or Apple Cash) so the people at a table can pay each other directly. We are not a party to those payments. No money passes through us, and we do not process, hold or guarantee any payment. Any question or problem with a payment is between you, the other person and that payment service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Plum Choice is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (currently: nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8A. Your responsibility

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that arise from your breaking these terms or misusing the app, including adding people to your circle or texting them without their agreement.

8B. Disputes

All parties agree to use arbitration instead of going to court to resolve any claims arising out of or relating to this agreement. One arbitrator will be selected to hear and finally decide any party's claim. If no arbitrator can be mutually agreed upon, the parties agree to allow the American Arbitration Association (AAA) to select an arbitrator.

The governing rules that will manage the arbitration process are the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. The hearing shall be held in Orlando Florida unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. This arbitration agreement shall be subject to chapter 682 of the Florida Arbitration Code, which is incorporated into this agreement as if fully set forth herein. The losing party will pay all costs of such arbitration.

No class actions. You and Mailquotes.com LLC may each bring claims against the other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding.

Small claims. Instead of arbitration, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in the county where you live or in Orange County, Florida, if the claim qualifies there.

Opting out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms by emailing reviews@dmsorlando.com from the email address on your account with the words "Arbitration opt-out" and your name. Opting out does not change any other part of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and ask you to agree to the new version in the app before you continue. We keep a record of the version you agreed to and when.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
